The pickup and delivery windows we gave you are the ones we hit - and if anything shifts on our end, you hear it from us before it happens. Everything we packed for you travels under full-value protection. And if the lamp we wrapped or the dresser we loaded arrives less than perfect, you don’t fill out a form. You call. We answer. We come back.

Milestone operates in 35 states with local crews on our own payroll - full-time movers, not gig workers sourced from a text message. Our trucks are garaged in the metros we serve, fueled and stocked before the day starts. A real survey of your home, conducted in person or on video, with the written estimate delivered within one business day of that visit. That’s the whole first step. No online portal to navigate, no claim number to wait for, no proof-of-purchase hunt.

We Come Back Out

A Milestone crew - not a subcontractor, not a third-party adjuster - schedules a return visit to assess the issue in person. If a check is the right answer instead, we confirm the amount with you directly. Either way, you know what’s coming before we close the call.

We Fix It

The crew handles the repair, replacement, or pickup of whatever needs attention. If it’s a check, it comes from Milestone. The 90-Day Done Right Promise covers anything we moved or packed, and it doesn’t come with a deductible or a depreciation formula. The resolution is the resolution.

You Sign Off

We don’t consider the issue closed until you do. Once the work is done or the check is in your hands, you confirm it’s right. That sign-off is the last step - not a courtesy, not a survey. Your confirmation is what closes the job on our end.
