Who We’re Looking For
- Mover / Crew Member: The person who can carry heavy things carefully, reads a load plan fast, and treats a stranger’s furniture like it’s their own.
- CDL Driver: A licensed driver who keeps a log, hits a delivery window, and understands that the truck is the job site - not just the ride between them.
- Packing Technician: Detail-oriented and methodical, someone who knows that how a box is packed on Tuesday determines what arrives intact on Friday.
- Dispatcher / Move Coordinator: A calm, organized communicator who can juggle multiple crews, shifting logistics, and a customer who needs to know the truck is three minutes out.
- Customer Service Representative: Someone who listens before they talk, keeps their word on follow-ups, and understands that a nervous family calling at 7 a.m. deserves a real answer - not a voicemail.
- Office and Commercial Crew Specialist: A mover who’s comfortable in tight corridors, around office equipment, and on a job site that can’t afford a half-day downtime.

You already know how to show up on time, work through discomfort, and take direction without needing it repeated. That’s the foundation.
What we teach: how to carry and protect furniture properly, how a truck gets loaded so nothing moves in transit, how to work as part of a crew on a job with a real time window. The first weeks are structured and hands-on. You work alongside experienced movers, not ahead of them. By the time you’re running your own section of a job, you’ll have done it enough times that it’s second nature.
We are not looking for people who are already finished learning. We are looking for people who are willing to learn the right way and stay.
